Drop-Off Sneaker Cleaning Service
We are very excited to start offering our sneaker cleaning services to the public! Cleaning is an important part of sneaker maintenance to make sure your sneakers retains its value and lasts for as long as possible. We have trained technicians and specialty tools to get your sneakers looking the best they can. So bring in your sneakers and let us take care of them!

FAQS
What services do you offer and how much does it cost?
Starting off, we will be offering two different services; a basic clean ($20), and a premium deep clean ($40). Please view the table below to see what each service includes.
How long until my sneakers are ready?
For our standard service, please allow 48-72 hours for your sneakers to be ready (although it may be ready sooner than that!). Our premium service is prioritized and will be ready within 24-48 hours. If you need your sneakers done even sooner, please inquire about our expedited services where it'll be ready same or next day depending on the job. We'll give you a call when your sneakers are ready for pick-up!
I'm not local, can I ship my sneakers in?
Currently we are only accepting sneakers that are dropped-off at our store, but we may offer a ship-in service in the future. Stay tuned!
Can you restore/repair sneakers?
We do not currently offer repair services but we do plan to add more to our offerings as we continue to develop our cleaning department.
Is there any risk of damage?
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing shoes entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual shoe. However, due to certain circumstances, some shoes presented to us for cleaning may present an added risk to the shoes and therefore requires our customers to be made aware of those risks.
Tribute is not liable or responsible for any damage that occurs on customers shoes from the cleaning process, given that all adequate safety precautions were taken and all appropriate tools were used. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains in fabric. We cannot be responsible nor can we guarantee the results of processing garments that have been pre-treated for stains by our customer. Only if a shoe is damaged in our possession due to negligible care of customers property, we will reimburse the customer for damages.
Results of services will be limited by the materials, history and condition of the shoe at hand. Tribute is not obligated to refund any service fees for unsatisfactory work or unmet expectations.
